Chapter 23

Sid's Pov

We got back two days later. I got home around 2:00 am. The next morning I went to Brittany work she wasn't there. I went to her apartment. i knock on her door, She opened it.

"hey" i said with the biggest smiled

"Sidney" she said putting her arms around my neck. I laughed. I put my arms around her, lifted her and walked into her apartment.

"I've missed you so much" If felt her say on my neck.

she looked at me. I kissed her as hard as I could.

"i missed you too." I said

Britt's Pov

We were sitting on the couch.

"so Mario having this Christmas eve, do you want to come with me?" he asked

"my parents have there party the same night, your not going home?"


"Its okay, but no, i am not." he yawned he looked so tired he had bags under his eyes.

"Sid, are you Okay?" I asked putting my hand on his leg.

"yeah, I'm fine" he said putting his hand on mine.

"are you sure?"

"yeah"

"you know, I can go to both party."

"no go to your family's"

"no, I can go to Mario's with you then later I can go home, my family will be there all night"

"i don't want to take the time away from your family."

"It's okay, Te less I see of my sister the better."

"are you ever going to talk to her?"

"I tried......i don't know what else to do."

A couple hours later

"I think I'm gonna get going." he said

"okay, you look tired."

he nodded we walked to the door. I hugged he him, he kissed me. I grabbed his arm.

"be careful." I told him.

"i will" he kissed me on the cheek.

"call me when you get home."

"okay, bye"

"bye."

He did call me when her got home.

Two weeks later It was Christmas eve I was getting ready I was nervous really nervous but I was worried Sid wasn't looking any better.

I was wearing a black dress with red heels.

There was aknock at the door.

"come in" I yelled to him from the bathroom I look out and seen Sid come in.

"hey" he said looking in the bathroom.

"hi" I said walking out of the bathroom.

"i look Okay?" I asked him.

"yeah, you look beautiful. how about me."

"handsome." I said fixing his tie.

"here" he said pulling out a box out of his pocket.

"merry Christmas" he said

"we said no gifts" I told him.

"i know, but i couldn't help myself."

"Sidney"

"just open it."

I took the box and opened it. I saw the most beautiful, bracelet.

"Sidney, it's beautiful.....but can't...I can't take this."

"yes you can." he said taking it out of the box and pulling it on me.

"I feel bad"

"no, i don't want anything."

"thank you" I kissed him.

"your welcome, ready to go."

I nodded

We got to Mario's, we got out.

"you nervous"

"yes" I nodded

"your okay" he said

"are you okay" i asked

"yeah"

"you look really tired"

"I'm okay"

We went in the house.

we were they for a while. Sidney wen to talk to somebody. I was standing off to the side I felt left out, nervous. I didn't know what to do.I saw two girls standing next to me. I think they think i can't hear them.

"who is she?"

"i don't know, I think she came with Sid."

"there no way."

"she looked so left out, maybe I was wrong I don't think Sid would date someone like that."

"yeah, she not even that cute."
