Chapter 13

We pulled into the parking lot. He parked the car. We got out, Sidney went to back of the car. I followed. He open the back and got two blankets and a basket.

"here let me help." I said taking the blankets.

"thanks" he said shutting the back.

"so...where do you wa-"

"hold on" Sidney said cutting him off, and grabbing my arm. I turned around, he cupped the side of my face. We looked into each other eyes. He leaned down and kissed me. I kissed him back. I put my free hand on his hip.

"I wanted to do that all day"

I just smiled

He grabbed my hand. We went and found a spot to sit. he laid down one blanket and we sat down, He pulled popcorn out of the basket.

"well you think of everything."

"yes i do."

The movie started and we were just sitting there, eating popcorn. Sidney grabbed my hand, i looked at him, He pulled me to where I was sitting in between his legs, using his chest as a pillow. he kissed my forehead. i looked up at him. He smiled. I kissed him. we watched the movie.

"Are you cold?"Sid asked

"a little"

"here" he said grabbing the other blanket, and putting it over us,

The movie was over around 9:30. I was just about to get up when he stop me.

"you know how Colby ask if we were together?" he asked

"yeah"

"well. i ..really..like you, and would you want to be my girlfriend?"

"well I really like you too, and......I would love to"

"Okay well-" He kissed. I laughed when he pulled away, and put my arms around his neck and hugged him.

For the next 30 minutes. We just sat there in the middle of the park talking.

"we been out here for a long time." I said

"yeah, are you ready to go?"

I nodded we picked everything up. we were walking back. to his range rover. He hit me in the butt with a blanket.

"hey!"I laughed. I hit him in the stomach, he bent down, than looked up, with this grin on the face. I start running to the car. he run after me. I got to the car, and he grabbed me, and we dropped are stuff. he put me up against the car, I laughed.

"let me go"

"No" he said. I put my arm around his waist.


Sid's POV

She put her arms around my waist. I put my arms around her and hugged her. i opened her door, and she climbed in.

"so you work tomorrow?" I asked

"yeah, 9-3, do you have practice?"

"yeah at 11"

I pulled up to her apartment.

"I'll walk you up."

"no, you don't have to."

"I want to" I said getting out out of the car.

"Okay"

I grabbed her and gave her a hug. she looked up at me, I smiled.

"I love your smile" she said outlining my smile.

"thanks"

"I'll see you later" I said

"yeah"

"Goodnight" I kissed her.

"Goodnight"

I was in the car on my way home.

The next morning my phone rang, before practice.

"hello" I said

"hi honet, what are you up to?"

"hey mom, nothing getting ready for practice"

"i been calling you for the last couple days."

"I've been bust, I been out with some people."

"what people?"

"just people" I said

"like a girl" she asked

I know i should haven't said anything. I should've just said hockey.

"maybe"

"is it?"

"yes mom"

"whats her name?"

"Brittany"

"Whats she like?"

"mom"

"what?"

"nothing"

"well is she your girlfriend?"

"yes"

"were going to have to meet her."

"no mom, I mean we just got together."

"Oh"

"she just kinda quiet I got to get her to open up to me more before you know." I said

"yeah, i understand."

"Mom, I got to go to practice. so I'll talk to you later."

"Okay, have fun bye"
