Chapter 65

The end of the night me, Max. Sidney who was almost asleep in chair, and Marc and Vero were sitting around we were the only one left they were staying at sid's place with us.

"so, max why didn't Jessica come with you?" i asked

"ah, about her" he said we broke up.

"what?"

"yeah, i just couldn't take it anymore, she drives me nuts."

I laughed " yeah, i haven't talked to her in a while."

marc and Vero went to bed.

"I think i;n gonna fo to bed too." i stood up and looked at Sid.

"Do you want help with him?"

"please" he lifted sid up.

"where we going?" sid asked

"bed" i said

"oh, okay baby" he said with this dumb grin on his face. i rolled my eyes.

"I thought you would be more mad about this." Max said

"about him?" I asked

"yeah"

"oh, its his birthday, it not like happens all the time."

We got to the bedroom, he put sid opn the bed.

"thanks, max"

"yupp, goodnight"

"night"

"goodnight" sid said

"goodnight sid"

max lafted. i took off sid shoes, and got myself changed.

"Sid, move over" i pushed him over, and liad down and went to bed.

The next morning i woke up. i got a shower, got dressed. sid was still sleeping, i
went downsairs made some coffe I got myself some orange juice. then i saw Sidney
coming down the stairs holding his head.

I turned around and poured him a cup of coffee.

"how you feeling?" I asked

"mmm" he said

I turned back around and I saw him sitting a stood at the counter with his head down.

"here have some of this" I put the cup on the counter. he lifted his head, and
looked at the cup, he picked the cup up and took a drink.

"oh god, it's black" he said

"i know, it will help"

"how did i get to bed?"

"max, helped me" i laughed.

"oh"

"hey bubby" Max said coming in the room, and patting on his back.

"oh, stop yelling" Sid said I walked behind sid.

"come on, how you sleep." max asked

"oh" sid said

"okay, leave him alone" I said rubbing his upper back

"thanks babe."

"anyways, how much I don't want to say this I havve a plane to catch."

"what?" I asked

"i told you the day after your party."

"i didn't think it would be this early."

"let me get changed, and i'll take you."

"no, you don't feel good. so i'm going to take a cab." then i heard a honk.

"speaking of"

"see ya Britt" Max said

"see ya" i said "are you going to walk me out?"

"yeah" he said getting up and putting he hand on the small of my back. we walked to the door, i wnet to pick up my bag but he grabbed it.
We went outside.

"so" he said

"so" i said we also say so when one of us are leaving. he wrapped hos arms around
me. i leaned up and kissed him.

"oh" he said putting his hand to his head.

"headache"

"yeah"

I giggled

"ha ha not funny."

"i think so." he gave me a look "I got to get going."

"okay" he kissed me.

"i love you" I said

"i love you too" he said

Then I lefted, when i got back to pittsburgh and got home it was so empty, lonely
and quiet
