Chapter 100
Later we got into bed. I counldn't sleep. I laid on my back, and put my head on
Sidney chest.
"i need to get one of them body pillows." I said
"we can go tomorrow after the doctor appoinyment."
"your not going to the arena after"
"nope just you and me" he said, i smiled, "what time your apponitment?"
"eleven"
"we can go to breakfast, then your appointment, then we can go shopping?"
"that sounds great. " I said "you know what esle we have to do?"
"huh?"
"the baby room, i know we don't know the sex and we won't for a while but, we can do
a tan, a gar, yellow even green."
"teah, we can do that to."
he kissed my forehead. I fell asleep. on his chest.
The next morning. i got woke up to sidney.
"britt" he shook me "babe"
"huh?"
"its nine, want to start getting ready?"
"yeah" i said i yawned.
i got myself out of bed. went to the bathroom. i got dress. i walked out of our room.
"Sid" i said
"yeah?" he asked about to walk down the stairs.
"i was thinking this could be this baby room, " I said pointing in the room.
"that what i was thinking" he said
I walked behins him. I put my hand on his shoulder. we got down the steps. I sat down
on the steps to put my shoes on. then i looked up at Sid. he was looking down at me.
I smiled, put my brunt hand out that was wrapped. he helped me up. We got our coats
on, and we left. We got to the resturant. We order, and we got our food.
"how you feeling today?" i asked
"okay, so far, but its early." he said taking a drink. "did you get any sleep last
night?" he asked
"you felt me moving last night?"
"yeah, a little"
"i'm sorry"
"no it's okay, but did you get any."

"so do you know now you want to do the baby's room."
"it's your baby too, to can have a idea about the room too."
"oh i know i just want to know what you had in mind and i can add on. "
"well i was thinking ammmm.....Its hard not knowing to sex.
"yeah, but boy or girl we could do green with a tree in the corner."

"yeah?"
i nodded "and even if we don't pick up the color we can get a cird and that stuff."

We finish eating, then we made our way to the doctors. we got ther, i signed in. We
sat down. I yawned.
"still tired?" sid asked
"yeah, i can't wait to get that body, maybe i'll sleep better."
"yeah"he said moving hair out of my eye, I put my hand on the back of his neck and
played with his hair. He put his hand on my stomcah. I kissed his cheek.
"Brittany" i turned my head a urse was standing in the doorway. I stood up, Sidney
stood up behind me. he out his hand on the small of my back. we walked back in the
room. I sat up on the bed, Sid sat in the chair next me . we were waiting for the
doctor.
"Hello Brittany"
"Hello"
"Hello Sidney"
"Hey" he said
"so Brittany, how have you been feeling?"
"pretty good"
"hows sleep?"
"it been okay, last night was rough."
"backahces?"
"alittle, not that much."
"mmm,. okay have you felt any movement."
"nope nothing, it that bad?"
"no, its not" she saud "if you can lean back , we can get you a picture of your
baby." she said turning the mechine on. I leaned back and pulled up my shirt. she
squeezed the gell on my stomcah.
"okay, here we are" she said "theres it head, arm, legs, do you two want to know the
sex?"
"i though you said the next apponitmet "
"yeah, but i got the right view and i know what it is, do you want to know.?"
i looked at sid, he smiled
"yeah" I said, Sid grabbed my hand and stood up.
"its a.......boy" she said, I smiled, i gripped sid's hand trighter. i tookd up at
him. he was smiling.

he laughed, and kissed my forehead. she cleaned off mystomcah. I put my shirt back
down, and sat back up.
"eveything looks good, any question?"
"nope" i shook my head,
"okay, well that its, here your pictures, see you in a month"

We got to the car, i got in, I looked at Sidney.
"are you okay? are you mad that its not a ---"
"a boy...were having a boy." he said smiled from ear to ear. I laughed, he grabbed my
face and kissed me. "i love you"

we made our way to the stores.

we were standing infront of the cribs. Sid was kneeled down reading the bottom ones o
the bottom. i had my hand on his shoulder, looking at the ones on top.
"I like the dark brown or the black one." a he said standing up/
"i like the dark brown ones."
"okay well it there a matching dresser and stuff" he asked
"yeah, right" I said turning around. "there none left."
"we can order one." he said

he turned around went pick up the crib
"here" i going to help him.
"don't even touch it." he said lifing it.

"i'm fine" he said putting it in the craft.. i looked at him "i;m fine" he said

we walk up and down alise i foud and blue chair, i liked. we got a scoller, he was
pulling a carseat off the shelf.
"we need two" i said
"i got it." he said, we had two crats, now.
We found someone and order dressers and few order things.
We checked out, and put everything in the car, well he did. the we went int he mall.
I got a pillow.
We went into this kids store just to look.
"babe, look at this" si said

he showed me a onez that said'you think i'm cute,wait until your my daddy'

We were done in there, we were walking in the mall, my feet were really startinf to
hurt, my back was sore.
"i need to sit down." I said, grabbed the back of the bench and sat down.

"let get dinnerm and then go home."
"okay" i got up and we walked to the car.
After we got home we getting out of the car. we grbbed the little things out of the
car, and went inside.
we sat in the couch watching t.v. and eating i looked over at sidney he was shaking
his headma d rubbing it i could tell he was having and headache. he laid there for
and alittle bit then wet upstairrs to bed, all i waned to do was go to bed. sid was
getting into bed,
"babe, you haven't felt him move at all have you?"
"no , Sid you would be the first to know"
"but shouldn't he done it by now, in this book it said you should be feeling
movement."
"honey, it will come when them hockey ganes kick in, he'll star moving."
"well bubby they better kick in fast, because ic an't wait to get you on the ice," he
said, to my belly. taking off off, he turned to put it on the nightstand.

We were lying there in bed, I had my back towards sid , then i felt his had slide
around me. he put his face into my neck. I smiled and put my hand on his.
