Chapter 98
The week went on Sidney had a game the first one since the winter classic. i still had moring sickness, sidney kept having a sore neck, after the game I waited and waited. i sat on the couch. i looked over it was Sid.
"oh" i said "everything Okay?"
he shook his head
"whats wrong?"
"I have to go to the hosipsal tomorrow, to get some test done."
"Whats wrong?"
"i might have a concussion"
"concussion? conussion? how?....the hit during the classic."
"yeah, pretty nuch and the hit didn't help."
"that why been having headaches"
"yeah"
"are you going to be okay?"
"yeah, but I don't know when?"
I hugged him
"want to go home?" he asked
"yes"
The next day I woke up Sidney wasn't in bed. i went to the bathroom, then went
downstairs. Sidney was dressed.
"I was going to make you breakfast but i didn't know if you would be up tp it." he
said
"oh no thats fine, I don't feel up to it" i said "Do you want me to go with you?"
"no, stay here, I don't know how long i'm going to be, and I have to go to the arena
after."
"i don't care, i'll come"
"no, it will be boring."
"okay, but text m or call my first."
"i will, I promise" he said
I nodded, he kissed my cheek I grabbed his arm and pulled him into a hug. he putted
his arms around me.
"i'm okay" he said
"i'm worried"
"i know, don't be" he put his hand on my stomcah

after he left, i got a shower, I was doing some cleaning when my phone rang.

I went upstiar, changed into some jeans a shrit, that I have to say it made me look a little bigger then normal. I put a gray caragin on. Then I heard the door bell ring and it kept ringing.
"oh my god, that girl."
i made it downstairs, i unlocked the door.
"why?" i asked her
"since when do you lock the door? " she asked
"one, really you have to ask that, and two I alway lock them when sidney not home."
"okay, okay" she said I sat on the steps and put pn my boots, then I stood up.
"someone looking alittle rounder these days." I just looked at her.
we were on our way to the mall.
"Did Sid come home last night before they got on the plane." V asked
"Sid didn't go , he had to go to the hosipal this morning."
"why? what wrong?"
"he has signs of concusstion"

"yeah"
"why didn't you go with him." she asked
"he didn't want me to go, he doesn't know how long it gonna take."
"oh" we got out of the car, and walked in the mall.
"so how far along are you now?" she asked
"about three and a half almost four months"
"have you felt her move yet?"
"him" I laughed "no, not yet"

"I don't know but, sid instant it a girl, and a say its a boy."
"well, i'm with sid"

we went and shopped alittle then got some lunch.
"this looks so good" I said, with the messy cheeseburger, with fries, Salad and a
coke, in front of me.
"my nochos made you sick but that doesn't" she said
"no" she gave me a werid look "what? I have my good days and bad days."
she shook her head
after we were done, we did more shopping, i bought some stuff for the house. I was
looking at some shrits.
"how are you doing the baby room?"
"oh, i never thought about that, it just so early."
"and you don't know the sex."
"yeah"
"pimk for a girl, blue for a boy"
"no" i said
"why?"
"I hate the whole pimk for girl, blue for blue thing."
"so what white, green, yellow colors like that."

we did some more shopping i kept checking my phone every five minutes, then my phone
fanilly rang.

"hey babe, what you doing?"
"i'm with V"
"shopping"
"yeah" I said "so.......what they say?"
"concussion"
"so what do you do now?"
"no practice, no workouts, no nothing, I got to to wait until the headaches and stuff
stop.
"do you headache now?"

"where are you?" i asked sitting on a bench
"diving to the arena"
"why are you talking on the phone while your---"
"your on speaker phone" he said cutting me off. i biggest thing anout talking on the
phone and driving.

"well, i'm almost there"

we hang up.
I got home later, Sid wasn't home yet. I put my stuff away Grabbed my book and laid
on the couch my feet hurt and I was tired. i was dozing off then a door slammed. i
dropped my nook on the floor.
"what?" i said, opening my eyes.
"sorry Britt" sid said poking his head in the living room. he took off hos coat. i
sat up "were you sleeping?"
"drozing off"
"sorry"
"its okay"
"its....just" he shook his head, andsat on the couch put my feet on his lap.
"just what?"
"I can't do anything"
"honey, you have concussion, this is sersoius. "
"i know, but its me"
"i know, but you got to get better" i said he just out his lead down and was just
listening to me. "and hey there going to me baby BOY here in ---"
"GIRL"
I laughed. "but there going to the but a baby here in five and a half months." he
picked his head up, and looked at me. "and we need you"
"i need you" he said
"i'm here, i'm just going to be moving alittle slower." he smiled, then laughed, i
smiled back. "you just got to do what the doctor tells you."

"does this mean I have to hid all the pucks, hockey sticks, and stuff."
"no, i think i'll be good," i looked at him."I love you"
"i love you too" i reached over and grabbed his face and kissed him.
A week and a half have posted its been kinda boring, Sidney still having really bad
headaches, he been sick here and there, and been laying around. I hardy have any
morning sickness anymore, i've been having cruving it seems like a day doesn't go by
when i don't want cheeseburger.
Sidney came home from the arena, I was making dinner.
"hey" he said putting his arms around me.
"hey, how you feeling?"
"okay, i've been better, you?"
"good. but let me cook."
"okay" he let go of me, and leaned against the counter.
"i've was thinking maybe, we can go up and see my parents"
"yeah, that sound great, what about the doctor?"
"they think it would be a great idea, but i think there just tired of me being
around, when the guys are gone."

"the 20th"
I turned around "babe, I have a doctor appointment that day."
"well we can leave after or the day after."
"no, i can see if I change it. "

"okay, but us dinner almost done"
"it will be if you stop talking to me." I laughed
"okay, i'm out" he said walking out of the room.
A week later, we were on our way to see his parents. i got my appointment moved up,
everything good. His parents picked us up from the airport. When we went to put the bags in the car, i went to pick up my bag.
"i got it." troy said, grabbing it
I shook mt head "okay" i said and walked around the car. I hate peole doing thingd
for mr. Sidney been driving me nuts with helping.
Sid's POV
"whats ups with her?" dad asked
"she pregnant." I said
"not what i meant."
"she has a big thing, with people helping her, you should see how many times i've got
yelled at."
"i bet, but how are you?" he asked
"i don't know" I shook my head.
On the way to my parents house. I was in the back with Brittany. I out my hand on her
leg.
"your not still mad are you?" I whisper she was looking out the window, she looked at me.
"no, but I don't understand why i can't do things for myself." she whispered
"your pregnant, you can't lift things over 20 pounds."
"it's not going to kill me."
"no, but it could hurt you." she turned her head. "no matter what i'm not going to
stop helping you., so you better get use to it. " I said
"wait, I thought you couldn't lift things either."
"like refirgtors, stoves, and big things like that."
She rolled her eyes and turned her head again. I gave her leg a squeez.
"are you two done fighting?" dad asked
"yeah" i said
"well, your grandmoters are really happy that your two are here, they been putting
together this dinner together,"
"okay"
"they can't wait to see you two, they really happy that they'll going to get to see
they'll first great-grandchild.
"Daughter" i said, and looking at brittany
"Son"

"i'm not in a really good mood, and you're going to make me more mad."
"okay, gotta love mood swings." i said, brittany gave me and mean look.
"whats the daughter and son thing?" mom asked
"I think it a girl and she think it a boy."
"oh, i thought you were a girl." mom said

"yeah" she said, I looked at brittany this smile went across her face.
We got to my parents. i got out of the car Brittany came around. ilooked at her she
grabbed my hand. she pulled me back to her.
"huh?" i asked.. turning to her, she had tears coming to her eyes "babe, whats

""i'm sorry, i've been really mean lately, and i don't know why?"
"honey" I sad, her into a hug. "your pregnant, it comes with it."
"but i don't like being mean to you" she cried into my chest.
"it doesn't brother me, i know you don't mean it."
"you know?" she asked looking up at me
"yeah" I wipped the tears from her eyes. "its to cold out here to cry."
she smiled, i wrapped her coat around here tighter.
we walked up on the pouch. I opened the door, Brittany walked in first. Sam barked.
my hand was on teh small of Brittany back. Sam jumped up on her,
"oh" she said
"Sam no, bad get down" she jumped down cam over to me.
"Sidney" she said, I looked at her.
"what?" I said petting sam.
"protective daddy" Nanny crosby said
"well right now i'm protective husband, in a few months i'll be protective daddy" I
said giving her a hug.
"brittany" she said turing to Brittany who was taking her coat off.
"hu nanny crosby" she hugged her
Nanny frobes hugged me then britt.
"lets look at you" Nanny crosby said to Brittany britt just stodd there then smile.
"how far along?"
"15 weeks."

"oh yeah" britt laughed
we all went int he licing room, and talk about what has been going on. I looked at

"you okay?" she mouthed
"headache" I mouthed back, she put her
"you guys ready to eat?" Nanny frobes asked

Britt's POV
We got up and went to eat. after we were done. we were putting our plates in the
sink. I looked at sid he was staring off into space he blinked a couple of times, he
was about to fall he out his hands on the counter.
"sidney" I said, grabbed his arm. and put my other arms around him.
"i'm okay" he said
"sidney"
"some on, sid" troy said, taking him int eh living room.
i went in the living room. I sat down next to him.
"you okay?" I asked
"yeah, I got really lite headed." i ran my hand though his hair. I just looked at him. "really, i'm okay"
"you almost pass out that not okay."
"babe, please"
"mayne we should go home and het some sleep/"
"yeah maybe we should." he said "dad can you take us home."
"why don't you tw just stay here so you don't have to mess with everything there."
i looked at sid. "its up to you"
"its fine with me."
We got our bags out of the car, and got them up the sidney old room. then we cam
downstairs. jis grandmothers lefted. troy took them home.I helped trina with the rest
of the dishes, then I went in the living room and sat wuth sid he was watching tv. I
put my head on the shoulder.
"mmm" he said putting his head back. i looked up at him. I felted so bad for him. but
i didn't know what i could do. I kissed his cheek.
"lets go to bed."
i nodded, I turned off the t.v. we got got upstairs changed and went to sleep.

Chapter 97
Chapter 97
Britt's POV
Christmas went by, Sid started up games again, his parents were still here, they were staying for the winter classic. the day before the winter classic. Sidney had a practice at the outdoor rink. then a family and friends skate. that will not be doing because sid doesn't want me to fall, witch i understood what he was staying. me, his parents, and taylor were so happy about the baby. we haven't told the guys yet, or V and Ashley.
After the practice was over, we made our way down the locker room, taylor, trina, and tory changed into their skates. then Sidney came out of the locker room.
"hey" he said
"hi"
"Britt, are you getting your skates on?" Vero Asked
"No"
"why?"
"because I don't want ti skate"
"man, your suck a buzz kill,, latey" she said
i laughed, and looked up at Sidney, Taylor and his parents already made it out to the
rink. We were walking out to the rink.
"i don't like standing next to when your wearing your skates." I said
"why?"
"i'm alreasy some what shrot, this makes it wrost."
He laughed I ooed up at him, he smiled we got to the rink. he kissed me and went on
the ice. I just sat there watching everybody skate around. then some guys from the
team start coming up to me saying 'congratulations'
"thank....you" i said, i looked over at Sid, he just moved his shoulders up then back
down and smiled he told the guys. then Vero skated up to me.
"I would hit you right now" She said'
"really"
"yeah, because your pregnant and your didn't tell me."
"I'm sorry we just told our parents over christmas"
"how far along?"
"about three months."
"aww"
I laughed
"sid, going to have a little hockey player." she said
"yeah...what going on?" I asked looking in the middle of the ice everyone was in a
cirlce.
"i don't know, i'll go see"
"wait" I said, I grabbed her hand "sid, going to kill me,"
we came to the middle of th eice, i came up beside Sidney, i let go of V, and grabbed
Sid arm.
"whats going on?" i asked, he looked down.
"what are you doing out here?"
"I wanted to here what going on."
"Kris asked Ashley to marry him."
"he what?"
"yeah"
"what did she say?"
"yes"
I saw Kris and Ash kiss, i grabbed Sid around his waist.
"come on" he said, we went back to the bench.
The next day, Sid had morning Skate, i wasn't feeling that good, I stayed in bed most
of the morning so maybe I would feel better for the game.
"Hey babe" Sid said, crawing into bed.
"i hate you "
"oh come on" he said, slideing his arm around me.
"I feel liek shit."
hestarted kissing my neck.
"please don't " i said, pressing my face into a pillow.
"your still early in your Pregnacy , the morning isn't going to stop."
"All women are diff--- wait how do you know that?" I asked
He got into the nightstand next to bed.
"this" He said , showing me a book, it was a book on pregnacy/
"you've been reading that?"
"yeah, when I can't sleep, when i get home from away games."
he been trying , this whole time to get over his fears. i smiled
"so tell me what i have to look forwards in the next couple months."
"let me think, haerthburn, baby could start to move. morning sickness"
"oh great"
he smiled
"not funny" I said,
"Really?" he asked, trying to kiss my neck again.
"are you wearing cologne?" i asked
"yeah"
"not again" I said getting up and ranning to the bathroom. I came out of the
bathroom, Sid was laying in bed.
"are you going to take a nap?" I asked
"yeah"
"Okay, i'm going down stairs"
He nodded
Later, we were sitting in the box, waiting for the game to start. i was sitting next
to Vero . the game started nothing happend in\the frist period, Start of the seconf
wsh. scored then we came back, when geno scored again. at the end of the second
period I watched the puck go up the ice, then i stood up.
"want to go get something---"
"sid" Vero said
"what?"
"Sid"
"what about--" I looked down at the ice he was getting up really slowly he was
doubled up all the way to the bech. "what happend?"
"I don't know"
I looked at Trina
"i don't know either"
I sat there waiting for the thitd period ro start, hoping to see Sid back out there.
Vero came back from getting food, I looked over at her, she had a thing of nachos
that had like everything on it.
"Oh" I said, turning my head,then I got a big smell of it. "i'll be back" I went and
found the closest bathroom. I came back
"you okay" ashley asked
"yeah"
"these make you sick" Vero asked, holding them up to me.
"yes" I said putting my arm out.

In the third, wsh. scored agian, We lost 3-1, we were standing in the lobby waiting
for the guys.

"I can't believe your getting marriedm everybody getting married before me, i've been
with marc longest" V said

"yes" she laughed, he put the ring on her finger, he got up and they hugged.
I felt sid slide his arm around me, his hand went over my smotcah, hold my bump.
"did you know about this?" i asked him, he nodded "why didn't you tell me?"
"because he told me when we came in, and you were with her the whole night."
"okay, i'll give you that" i said, he kissed my neck, i laughed and turned my head
and went to kiss his neck.
"oh no " I pushed him away, he dropped his arms to his sides "i'm sorry, I just can't
handle it."

Later, that night I found sid at the table by himself rubbing his head.
"are you okay?" i asked, he looked up at me.
"yeah, I have a headache, loud music."

While later isd was gone again. i couldn't find him. I just thought he went to the bathroom. then I felt two hands around me.I looked up.

"okay" Sid went grabbed our coat, and went to find V.

"we're taking off."

We got in the car, going hom ,my eyes kept getting heavy.. then th the next thing i
know is the door poped open my head fell, two hands grabbed my waist.

"oh cologe" I said and ran to the bathroom. i came out.
"i'm going to the get a shower and get this off of me." He said

"your welcome" he went upstair, I followed him. i got ready for bed and he got a
shower. i climbed into bed, and started reading my book. He came out of the bathroom
ran the towel thouh his hair, and though the towl in the drity clothes, and climbed
into bed.
"how do I smell?" he asked putting he chest in my face.
"good, looking good too"
"thanks" he said touching his chest.
I laughed, he put one his arm around my waist. i read my book, he lifted up my shirt.
i looked at him.
"hey baby" he said to my smotcah he ran his fingers down it tickle I moved my smotcah
I went back to reading my book it look like I was reading my book.

he kissed my belly.
"its me Daddy" my heart melted when I heard him say that "can you move for me?"
"I don't think, he going to move for while." I said
"but it say at this time thay the baby will start to move."

Vero came back from getting food, I looked over at her, she had a thing of nachos
that had like everything on it.

Chapter 96
The Next day, Sidney went to pick up his parents and sister. I stayed and finiahed wrapping gifts, and this was the first time his family was seeing the house. I wwas finishing christmas stuff in the house. I was ranging lights on the frieplaces. Then,
I heard the door open.
"hi Brittany" i turned around
"hi trina"
"it looks great" she said, troy and taylor walked in.
"yeah, it does" he said
"thanks"
"I can't wait to see the house lite up with the snow" Trina Said
"its beautiful" I said "want to see the reat of the house?"
"yes"
"okay" me and Sid Showed them everything, we got back in the living room.

"yeah, it really nice" Tay said

The next day we all went to Sidney game. they won 5-2. Sid got a goal after the gam
, we went down the the locker room, after awhile Sid came out

I shooked my head "I think i' going to be sick."
"you want mew to go with you?" he asked asw I walked away.
"no" i and ran in the bathroom few moments later later there was a knock at the door.

"I don't think so" he said, outting his hand on my back, then I pushed him, and put
my head over the toliet. Sid grabbed my hair, i flushed the toliet, and wipped off my

"No, I just said that I think your getting sick. "

"yeah" I said we walked out of the bathroom.

We got back to his parents we talked for awhile because Sid had to catch a plane that
night for a game tomorrow night. We all walked out to the parking lot.

the next day, i woke throing up again. Sidney called me around ten.

"Okay, I've been better" i said "I can't wait to tell our parents"

Around three I texted him

That night me, his parents, taylor and V came over to watch the game. I was a big and
great one, their won 3-2 in a shotout sidney got a goal and assist.
Sid's POV
I got home, that night got a drink of water, then grabbed my bag and went upstairs. i
slowly opened the door. I saw Brittany laying in bed, with the blankets wrapped
around her, with her hair falling in her face. She so beautiful. I got changed out of
my suit, then climbed into bed.
The next morning, I woke up rolled over on my back. I looked at Brittany , she was
still sleeping. I laid there watching her thinking of everything, her, us , the baby.
I told her we would be ready for this , but U think she can be, but I don;t know if i
will be. Then her phone started to rang.
"No...no" I said, getting up and grabbing her phone before it woke her, she started
to move
"go back to sleep" I told her "hello" I answered her phone.
"Sidney?"
"yeah, hi anne"
"where Brittany?"
"she still sleeping"
"Oh I thought she would be up by now."

"Well I was wondering, what time we could come over?"

It was christmas eve, he parents brother, carrie , and Sister are staying the
tonight.

walked in carrie in his arms.

"i'm sorry, i'm just worried"
"i know, everything is gonna be okay." she whispered, and touch my face.
"Wait, are you okay?" she asked
"i'm fine" I lied
She shook her head, "i'm not going to fight on christmas " she said reaching down for
her drink, she took a drink.
"ohhh....ew here" she said handing the glass to me. "thats yours"
"oh are you going to be okay?"
"yeah, that won't hurt me." she whispered.
The rest of the night was good. after everybody left, it was just me Britt and our
parents, and adam, carrie, talor , and her sister cam late. We started cleaming,
brittany started picking up glasses, she yawned
"here" i said taking them out of her hand "go to bed."
"no"
"yeah, go" i said
"okay" she said kissing me.
Britt's POV
I got upstairs changed my clothes, and went straight to bed.
The next morning, I woke up Sidney was still sleeping, then I felted sick I ran to
the bathroom, then Sidney came in. I sitting on the floor.
"merry christmas" he said
I smiled "merry" then I throw up again, he grabbed my hair, and rubbed my back.
I looked at him "Merry Christmas" he smiled
I stood up, brushed my teeth then took my pills
We went downstairs, our parents were already up, we waited for everybody to get up.
After everybody got up we give eachothers gifts. .
"hun" I said handing sid a gift.
"babe"
"open it" i said
He did "oh my god" he said it was a hand painted picture of differnt picture of him
with the cup and his medals.
"I thought we could put it downstairs on the with rest of the trophys and medals."
"yeah, thanks baby" he said, then kissed me.
We all were done. i looked at Sidney
"ready?" I asked
he nodded, I went and got them came back in the living room.
"mmm there one more thing for you guys.....but you have to open it together." i said,
handing them to our moms, they give us a werid look. I sat on a chair across from
them, Sid sat on the arm I put my head on sid, then he put his arm around me. they
started opening it. My heart started to race., both of our mom heads came up at the
same time.
"are you?" trina asked
I nodded
"oh my god" mom said and they both jumped up and started hugging us.
"what?" both dads said "what?" they asked again.
"she pregnant?" mom said
""really?" dad asked
"yeah" I said looking at him. he hugged me.
After everything got cool down we all were sitting there
"how far along?" trina asked
"about three months" I out my hand on sid's.
"few more months you'll be getting no sleep someone else to care for." adam said
"but it wroth it."
"i bet" I said'
"i can't believe this" mom said
"i couldn't either"
"i'll be back" Sid said , I turned and looked at him, He got his coat and went out
the back door. his dad followed him.
Sid's POV
I got outsidem the cold air hit me. I looked over out into the backyard looking at
the snowcovered trees, just taking everything in.
"what's up" I turned around my dad was standing there.
"nothing"
"your lying" he said
"i don't know, whats -- i don't know."
he came up and stood next to me.
"what?"
"the baby"
"what about it?"
"scared out of my mine."
"that normal"
"it just we didn't plan it."
"you don't want kids."
"no, you know better then that, I want kids, but I didn't think so soon."
"have you talked to Brittany?"
"no"
"maybe you should?"
"what do I say to her, without breaking her heart?"
"i dont't know, you know her better then anybody."
"honey" I turned around, Brittany came out closeing the door.
"heres your chance" dad said, an dput his hand on brittany shoulder and walked inthe
house.
"whats he talking about?" she asked
I looked at her, she looked tired worried, with on of my jackets on.
"whats wrong?" she asked
"oh mmm..... I have to talk to you" I said, walking to the end of the deck/
"about?" she asked, coming up byside me.
"the baby" I said , putting my head down then I looked up at her. she was staring at
me.
"i thought you were happy." she said taking her hand off of my back, that was rubbing
it.
"Oh...no I am, don't think i'm not." I said turning to her.
"then what is it?"
i put my head down, and grabbed her hands she lifted my head.
"Talk to me" she said
"i'm scared, i'm nervous, what if something goes wrong, or i screw up eoth him or
her--"
"oh calm down, everything gonna be okay"
"it just seems as fast"
"I know"
"i've aways wanted kids, and I still do but"
"but you don't want kids right now," Brittany said letting go of my hands turning
around
"no babe" I ran in front of her "i'm scared"
"and you don't think i am."
"well you seem so happy."
"i'm happy, but i'm still scared, just like you."
"i'm sorry"
"no its fine, thats why you wouldn't touch me early in the week."
I turned my head.
"look at me" she said "everything going to be okay."
"I love you" I told her
"I love you too" she said, i placed my hand over her stomach, she put her hand over
mine, she looked at me and smiled I kissed her cheek.
"oh your freezing let get you in the house." I said

NOTE!!!
I got my computer fixed, but i lost all of my stories well what i had typed. so i should have a chapter up really soon. i'm so so sorry, i hope you guys can forgive me.
